When Downloading the Related Application. In order to connect a mobile device to our Services, you will be required to download our Application. We will collect information required in order to establish your account and allow you to access the Services.

Personal Data We Collect Through Use of the Offerings

After you download and activate the Application, we will collect, through the sensors on the product, information that is both stored locally, on the product, and transmitted to our hosted cloud servers, such as information about your mobile device, including model, operating system and battery information, as well as conditions in which the product is being operated, such as geolocation, speed, fault/hazards, internal temperature, power output and cadence of the rider.


Personally Non-Identifiable Data:

When you interact with us through the Website, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively through various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information itself, or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents, or service providers.
