This Privacy Policy describes the Company’s practices in relation to your use of our Website and the Offerings, and describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our Website or register for, or use, our Offerings, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

When Purchasing our Product Offerings(s). When Registering to Use Related Services. After you have purchased a product Offering, you may register as a user on an access-restricted area of the Website in order to create an account, register the product Offering, and view the status of your order. Additionally, you may use this access-restricted area of the Website to view data about your use of the Product that has been collected by sensors on the Product and transmitted to our hosted cloud servers, including, without limitation, trip information, such as distance, location, speed.
When Downloading the Related Application. In order to connect a mobile device to our Services, you will be required to download our Application. We will collect information required in order to establish your account and allow you to access the Services.
Personal Data We Collect Through Use of the Offerings
After you download and activate the Application, we will collect, through the sensors on the product, information that is both stored locally, on the product, and transmitted to our hosted cloud servers, such as information about your mobile device, including model, operating system and battery information, as well as conditions in which the product is being operated, such as geolocation, speed, fault/hazards, internal temperature, power output and cadence of the rider.
OTHER INFORMATION
Personally Non-Identifiable Data:
When you interact with us through the Website, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively through various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information itself, or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents, or service providers. This Website may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our site, the number of visitors to each page of our Website, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet Service Providers.
